4. Membership and Payment Terms

• Initial Membership Fee: An initial fee of $1.00 grants you full access to TinyTalesLand.com until January 31, 2025.
• Non-Prorated Access: This initial fee is non-prorated. For example, if you join on January 28, 2025, you will still have access until 10:00 pm PST on January 31, 2025.
• Membership Upgrade: On February 1, 2025, all users who joined with the $1.00 initial fee will automatically be upgraded to a full membership with ongoing access to TinyTalesLand.com.
• Recurring Membership Fee: As of February 1, 2025, users will be billed $8.99 monthly on a recurring basis. This fee applies to all users, whether they initially joined with the $1.00 membership or after February 1, 2025.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations: You may cancel your membership at any time via your account settings. Please note that no refunds are provided for partial months.
• Renewal: The $8.99 monthly membership renews automatically. You may cancel before the end of a billing cycle to avoid the next charge.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and design elements, is the property of TinyTales.Press and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• TinyTales.Press is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. We strive to maintain a secure and enjoyable user experience but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• TinyTales.Press reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. And those changes will be effective immediately upon posting on TinyTalesLand.com, and we encourage you to review these terms regularly.
